When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 13:00 GMT will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed Mon-Fri after 13:00 GMT or on Sat-Sun will be dispatched the next business day. Please note: all orders placed on UK public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation on the date of dispatch with a tracking number and clear instructions on how to track your order.
Do I have to be at the delivery address to sign for delivery?
All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you prefer an unregistered delivery method that does not require a signature on delivery, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
Glassworks Studios does not dispatch orders to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties on receipt?
For deliveries outside of the UK, applicable taxes and duties will be charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. Glassworks Studios has no control over additional charges that will paid due on receipt.
