ORDER DISPATCHING
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 13:00 GMT will be sent on the way to you on the same day of order.
Orders placed Mon-Fri after 13:00 GMT or on Sat-Sun will be dispatched the very next business day.
Please note: all orders placed on UK public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation on the date of dispatch with a tracking number and clear instructions on how to track your order so you know exactly where you parcel is.
DELIVERY SIGNATURES
All orders require a signature upon receipt. If this is inconvenient and you would prefer an unregistered delivery method that does not require a signature on delivery, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) - our team will happily try to resolve any issues.
FOREIGN TAXES & DUTIES
For deliveries outside of the UK, applicable taxes and duties will be charged when the parcel reaches its destination country except for the USA. Unfortunately Glassworks has no control over additional charges that will paid due on receipt – It’s out of our hands we’re afraid.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from Glassworks, you will be accountable for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Glassworks. The amount incurred will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
PO BOX & FREIGHT FORWARDING DELIVERIES
We do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
