RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return your item(s) for a size exchange or full refund within 10 days of receiving your order.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR REFUND / SIZE EXCHANGE

It’s simple!

  1. Indicate a size exchange or refund + reason(s) for return on the Returns Slip.
  2. Send back your return items with the Returns Slip within 10 days of receiving your order.
  3. Receive a return email confirmation within 14 days of sending your return.

Refunds will be applied via the payment method used for purchase. Each size exchange will be issued and dispatched to the original shipping address if the requested size is in stock, otherwise a full refund will be issued immediately.


HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN ITEMS BACK

Return the items in store or by mail.

In our London shop: Simply drop your return parcel into our flagship store within 10 days of your order receipt.  Return parcels cannot be processed in store on the day of receipt, but will be processed more quickly than returns by post.  Find us at 71 Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9DG.

By post: Please post the items back to us via a courier or a tracked delivery service of your choice. Seal your return securely, and make sure to include the completed Returns Slip in the package.  Mail the items to: Glassworks, Customer Service, 71 Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9DG, UK.  Remember to keep proof of postage and the package’s tracking number!


WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

You may return apparel, footwear, accessories and technology items, except for pierced earrings and underwear due to hygienic reasons.


RETURN / EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

Eligible items must be returned (or posted) within 10 days of the original order receipt.  Returned items must be in their original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags and packaging in place including extra buttons, dust bags, etc. Accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment.

GENERAL RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Return Articles conditions.  Returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn and all original tags including the Glassworks security tag are fully intact.  The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way, and cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment.


Returns inspection.  All eligible returned merchandise refunds are subject to Glassworks’ return inspection policy.  Item(s) not returned in original condition will not qualify for a size exchange or refund.


Wrong items.  If the items arrived differ from your original order, Glassworks will accept a return and cover associated return shipping costs.  To arrange a wrong article return, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and highlight any defects within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.  Glassworks reserves the right to request photographic support regarding incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement.
