RETURNS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item(s) can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your delivery. We offer three easy options for return: 1.) size exchange, 2.) store credit or 3.) refund.
1.) Size exchange is FREE worldwide. This policy is limited to one free exchange per purchase.
2.) Store credit is FREE and will be issued via email once the return is received and processed. Store credit is valid for six months from the issue date and can be redeemed in part or in full.
o For full use, simply use the store credit voucher at checkout.
o For partial use or to combine store credits, simply contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for assistance.
3.) Refunds
o For full price purchases in the UK, returns using our DHL account are FREE.
o For all other purchases, you may:
- Pay to return the items using recorded delivery or a courier service of your choice. Please make sure to retain proof of postage.
- Use our DHL account for an additional return shipment fee, which will be deducted from your final refund value. The fees are:
o £5 in UK
o £20 in the EU, USA & Canada
o £30 in Rest of World
To arrange your return, follow these simple instructions:
1. E-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) within 7 days of the delivery date to request a Return Authorization. Please include INV #, order number and product code(s) of the item(s) to be returned in your email. Please also state whether the return is an exchange, store credit or refund.
2. Once you receive your Return Authorization, please make sure to write your RA # on the outside of the packaging.
3. If you are using our DHL account, please attach the returns label to the package and arrange a convenient collection date and time with DHL.
4. All packages must be sent back within 7 days from receipt of the RA #.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
o Returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn and all original tags including the Glassworks Studios security tag are fully intact.
o The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way, and cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
o Glassworks Studios has rigorous quality check procedures and takes defects very seriously. Glasswoks Studios will be accept returns of any defective merchandise. To arrange this, customers must highlight any defects within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Glassworks Studios reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement. To arrange a defective return, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) within the stipulated time period.
o All authorized returned merchandise refunds are subject to Glassworks Studios’ return inspection policy. Item(s) not returned in original condition will not qualify for refund.
o Glassworks Studios reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized. To avoid this scenario, simply request a Return Authorization within the allowed time period to arrange return.
