    Paper Cuba Pencil Skirt. This textured off white pencil skirt features a pastel green ribbon detail which runs down the center at the front and finishes at a tulip shaped hemline. Front and back darts create a tailored fit and the skirt fastens with an invisible back zip closure. Falling to the knee, the skirt is fully lined. 100% wool. Lining: 100% acetate. Dry clean only.
