The cape falls over a waistcoat which fastens at the front with three hook and eye enclosure and holds the waist with a band.  This black reconstructed blazer fits perfectly and features paded shoulders. A fashion statement for this winter. Model wears size S. Shell: 80% Wool, 20% Nylon. Lining: 97% Polyester, 3% Elastane. Dry Clean Recommended.
