  Tucker Milly’s Floating Long Tie Top. This long-sleeved silk blouse has a v-neck and comes with a cute skinny tie feature. The blouse has a multi-colored feather print on a light blue base. The sleeves are oversized and with elastic closures at the bottom of the 3/4 length. This shirt is slightly loose fitted and has drop shoulders, allowing the silk to drape and fall beautifully. 100% silk. Dry clean only.
